Is it really priced per project, not per user?+
Yes. A project price covers everyone who works on it — document controllers, engineers, site team and external consultants. There are no per-seat fees, so you never have to ration access to keep costs down.
What happens when the free trial ends?+
Your data stays put. If you don't upgrade, the project drops to the Starter limits — your registers and audit trail remain readable, and you can export PDFs at any time.
Do consultants need to pay?+
No. Consultants you route documents to are part of the project's unlimited users. They review, comment and decide without a separate licence.
Can I add my own form types?+
On Team and Enterprise, yes — NCRs, permits, method statements and more. Each new type gets its own register and folds into the Combined view automatically.
Where is my data stored?+
On managed Supabase Postgres with file storage in a private bucket. Enterprise customers can run on dedicated infrastructure and a self-hosted AI assistant so project content never leaves systems they control. See our security page for detail.
